In 2014, Rita graduated with Director's Honours from the 2200-hour Advanced Diploma Program at the Alberta Institute of Massage. She is a member of the NHPC.

Rita brings a genuine desire to help clients move through daily life with more ease. She uses a variety of massage techniques to tailor each treatment, support mobility and help release long-standing patterns of tension.

Outside the clinic, Rita loves the outdoors: swimming, kayaking, cycling, hiking, cross-country skiing and time with her family.
