CHIROPRACTIC CARE FOR A HAPPIER, HEALTHIER YOU!

Promoting proper movement of the muscles and joints to ensure optimal health

Chiropractors have a role to play in their patient’s general well being and self care.

Most people associate a visit to the chiropractor with injuries like whiplash, thrown backs, sports injuries and other kinds of pain that require immediate treatment. That is only one part of a much bigger picture.

Chiropractors also promote maintenance care to maintain optimal function and movement, keeping your body balanced and to prevent future injuries. The end goal of maintenance care and self care is the same: to ensure you are healthy. Maintenance care focuses your physical well being, which is one part of the bigger picture of your health. Maintenance care can include teaching patients stretches, helping to monitor existing physical conditions, nutritional counselling and providing advice to empower patients.

DR. AMANDA KLIMEC

Chiropractor

My goal is always returning you to the activities you love. I believe that chiropractic care should be movement focused and specifically tailored to each individual.
I have a background in kinesiology- so you can expect to be sent home some stretches or exercises to help you outside of the office.
I enjoy working with families, expectant moms, kiddos and athletes.

DR. RACHEL HUM

Chiropractor

I am originally from Montreal with a background in psychology and culinary. I completed my chiropractic studies in Toronto at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

I moved to Red Deer for a change of pace from the big city and am so happy to be closer to nature and the mountains. In my spare time I love running, cycling, yoga, hiking, and going to the gym.

I am passionate about helping you achieve your goals and move optimally with less pain by treating your joints and muscles. I treat all ages and many diverse complaints but have a specific interest in treating runners, those suffering from headaches, office workers, and students.

Some of the techniques I use include diversified manual and drop piece adjusting, spinal mobilizations, Muscle Release Therapy (MRT), Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), cupping, rehab exercises, and cranial work. Keeping in mind that everyone has positive and negative past experiences and reservations, I adapt my technique as needed to suit your personal needs and preferences.

I am looking forward to meeting you and helping you live your best life!
