Program terms
Access
Your enrolment is personal to you. Please do not share your login, copy or resell the lessons, videos, tools or recipes. Content is protected by copyright and is for your own personal use. You may print the tools for yourself.
Payment
The founding group price is $297 CAD, or the installment option shown at checkout. If you choose the installment option, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. The optional Nutrigenomix 70-gene test is a separate purchase, priced separately.
No refund policy
All sales are final. Because we do not offer refunds, please read this section carefully before you buy.
Why we do not offer refunds. Redefined is a small, limited-enrolment program. Only 5 founding spots are available, and each spot is held for you and cannot be offered to anyone else once you enrol. The program is also delivered digitally, and you receive access to the lessons, tools, recipes and community as soon as you enrol, and these cannot be returned. We also plan, review and respond to each member’s weekly check-ins personally, so your enrolment commits real time and resources from the start.
What this means for you.
- Payments for the Program are non-refundable and non-transferable, including if you do not use the content, miss weeks, finish early, or change your mind.
- If you chose the installment plan, you remain responsible for all scheduled installments even if you stop participating.
- If we change the Program in a major way, or we cannot deliver it, we will contact you and make the situation right, which may include a refund of the unused portion.
- If you have a health concern that prevents you from taking part, please contact us. We will work with you to pause or adjust your participation where we can, but this does not create a right to a refund.
The optional Nutrigenomix test. The test kit is a physical product ordered for you personally and cannot be returned once it has been ordered or shipped. If your kit arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us at reception@alignedtogether.ca and we will help you sort it out with the testing company. Test results, processing and any retests are handled by Nutrigenomix under its own policies.
Payment disputes. Please contact us at reception@alignedtogether.ca before starting a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider so we can try to resolve any issue quickly. By enrolling you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
Your legal rights. This policy does not take away any rights you may have under consumer protection laws that apply to you, such as Alberta’s Consumer Protection Act. If a law gives you a right to cancel or to a refund, that right applies.
Program changes
We may update lessons, tools, schedules or features to keep the Program accurate and useful. If we must pause or end the Program, we will tell you and handle any refund fairly.
Ending your access
We may remove access from anyone who breaks these terms, shares their login, or behaves in a way that harms other members or the Program. If we remove your access for these reasons, you will not receive a refund. You may leave at any time by contacting us, but payments already made are not refundable.
Testimonials and photos
We will never share your photos, results, check-ins or stories publicly without your clear, separate written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
By enrolling in and using “Redefined: Confusion to Confidence” (the “Program”), offered by Dr. Chelsie Goulet and Aligned Together Chiropractic + Family Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following.
1. Education only, not medical advice
The Program is an educational and accountability program. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from your own physician, dietitian, pharmacist or other qualified health professional. Participating in the Program, including the weekly check-ins and the community, does not create a doctor-patient, chiropractor-patient or other treating relationship between you and Dr. Goulet or Aligned Together.
2. What this Program is, and is not
Dr. Goulet is a chiropractor. She is not a registered dietitian, and the Program does not present itself as dietitian services. The Program offers general nutrition and healthy-living education, such as how protein, carbohydrates, fats and fibre work, how energy balance works, food-label literacy, how to track if you choose to, nutrition for muscle and healthy ageing, and habit coaching.
The Program does not diagnose, treat, cure or manage any medical condition, including menopause, perimenopause, hormonal imbalance, diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, digestive disease or an eating disorder. It does not provide therapeutic diets, does not interpret laboratory results as a treatment plan, and is not a replacement for individualized medical nutrition therapy. If you have a medical condition, you should get individualized advice from your physician or a registered dietitian. Nothing in the Program should be understood as a claim that nutrition will treat or reverse any condition or symptom.
3. Talk to your healthcare provider
You are responsible for deciding whether the Program is appropriate for you. Please speak with your healthcare provider before making changes to your eating, supplements, medications, hormone therapy or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or have a history of an eating disorder. Never delay or ignore medical advice because of something you read or heard in the Program. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
4. No guarantee of results
Every body is different. We do not promise or guarantee any specific result, including weight loss, body composition change, symptom relief, laboratory results or health outcomes. Examples, stories and information shared in the Program are not typical or guaranteed outcomes.
5. Assumption of risk
Nutrition changes and physical activity, including the beginner strength plan, carry some risk, including injury, illness or other adverse effects. You choose to take part voluntarily and at your own risk. You agree to stop and seek medical advice if you feel pain, dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, or any symptom that worries you.
6. Release and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Dr. Chelsie Goulet, Aligned Together Chiropractic + Family Wellness, and its owners, employees, contractors and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from your participation in the Program or your use of its content, including any claim relating to your health, injury or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any reason will not exceed the amount you paid for the Program. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
7. Information accuracy and third parties
We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and based on current evidence, but research changes and we cannot guarantee that everything is complete or error free. Links to other websites, products, tests or services (including any optional genetic test offered through a third party such as Nutrigenomix) are provided for convenience. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their products, services, results or privacy practices.
8. Optional genetic testing
If you choose the optional Nutrigenomix test, the results are educational and relate to genetic tendencies, not a diagnosis. Genetic information can be sensitive. Please review the testing company’s own terms and privacy policy. Speak with your healthcare provider before acting on any result.
9. Your responsibilities
You confirm that the information you give us (including the screening form and check-ins) is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, that you are 18 or older, and that you will tell us promptly if your health situation changes.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If any part of it is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
