# MANUAL OSTEOPATH THERAPY

Book Now

Supporting a Happier, Healthier You

Osteopathy sessions begin with a thoughtful, full-body assessment that looks at posture, pelvic alignment, spinal movement, joint mobility, and how your body is functioning day to day. From there, your manual osteopath may use gentle hands-on techniques, soft tissue release, stretching, and simple home exercises to support better balance, comfort, and movement.

Care is always guided by your goals, so your plan can shift as your needs change. Whether you are managing discomfort from work, sport, daily activity, or looking for a more proactive approach to family wellness, manual osteopathy can be a helpful part of your care.

Our Manual Osteopath works with clients of all ages, from little ones to older adults, with a calm and personalized approach that fits right in with our integrative team at Aligned Together.

## Kirsten Dahl-Harris

Kirsten is a dual-licensed therapist, holding both Registered Massage Therapy and Manual Osteopath certifications.

Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT) is a holistic approach to care that focuses on musculoskeletal concerns and overall wellness. Using hands-on techniques such as joint mobilization, stretching, and soft tissue work, manual osteopaths aim to support better alignment, circulation, and function. This gentle approach can help improve comfort, flexibility, and balance in the body.

OMT can be helpful for a wide range of concerns, including sports injuries, overuse injuries, headaches and migraines, back and neck discomfort, shoulder pain, gastrointestinal concerns, knee and hip issues, and foot and ankle problems, along with many others.
